SAN DIEGO -- November 03, 2009 -- Triage WirelessTM, Inc., a medical device company developing a new generation of vital signs monitoring technology, today announced it has changed its corporate name to Sotera WirelessTM, Inc. effective immediately.

SAN DIEGO, January 12, 2009 -- Sotera Wireless, Inc. today announced that James Moon, a noted innovator in the development of patient monitoring systems, has been appointed chief technology officer. In this role, Moon will lead product development of the Company’s first hospital-grade patient monitoring system.

SAN DIEGO, March 31 (HSMN NewsFeed) -- Sotera Wireless, Inc. today announced that it closed on a $20.3 million strategic investment round led by Qualcomm Ventures. Other participants in this round included existing investors Sanderling Ventures and 3i Group and new investor, Intel Capital.  To date, Sotera Wireless has raised $25.8 million.  The new proceeds will be used to fund the commercialization of the Company’s wireless vital signs monitoring system, OmniScan®, which features a novel proprietary method for measuring blood pressure.
